what's a good firered team?

all i have are bulbasaur ad pidgey i know to eveolve them but what can i add and still have a balanced team. something that can get through the whole game please.

Well, you Already have

Venusaur and Pidgeot as someone, so lets see where we can go from here.

Since this is fire red, I suggest putting an Arcanine into the picture.

For ingame, Lapras can do amazing.

And theres never anything wrong with Primape, easily obtainable early on, another ingame pro.

Add in hypno for some psychic fun aswell.


Now, if you have the trade option, and don't mind working harder, you can use Machamp and Alakazam.

And I suggest replacing pidgeot for Zapdos after he is availabe.

So for the elite four.

Venusaur
Zapdos
Lapras
Arcanine
Primape
Hypno
